Kalico Products

Kalico are specialists in the manufacture of coated and laminated industrial packaging materials.  Our facilities include coating, laminating, slitting, sheeting, die-cutting and assembly.  Our product range extends from cartons and trays to wrappings and interleaving sheets.  We aim to offer our customers a competitive advantage through combing innovative designs with novel coatings and laminations.

Coatings

We work with advanced liquid coatings such as silicone polymers, emulsions, waxes and hot melts.  Applications can be made to substrates such as paper, cardboard, foils, films, textiles and non-wovens.  Laminations are possible either from reel to reel or sheet to sheet.

Packaging

We manufacture specialised packaging containers and materials with specific technical properties such as easy release, moisture barriers, non slip or anti corrosion. These products are used in a variety of applications within the chemical, engineering food and construction industries.  When appropriate we can supply cartons assembled and ready for use on a "just in time basis" to overcome bottlenecks on our customers production lines.

From preparation of the coating formula to wrapping of the finished pallets our target is consistent quality.  We maintain the highest standards possible through controlled precision, continuous monitoring and rigorous testing.
