These release liners are manufactured using bases of glasseine, clay coat and polyethylene coated papers in weights from 40 gsm upwards.  They may be 1 or 2 sides coated with solventless silicone polymer to give easy or controlled release characteristics.

The liners are used in the manufacture of self adhesive labels, tapes, graphic & decorative products, medical disposables, automotive interior linings, insulation materials, waterproofing, roofing and other construction products.

Papers may be supplied in rolls, sheets or die-cut shapes.

For certain applications the coating is applied to solid or corrugated cardboard to make a thicker stronger liner for use to protect reel ends or as an interleave between rolls of self adhesive materials.
